Testicles Discomfort, please read!!!

Hello,

Since few weeks I feel a discomfort above my right testicle. I also notices that my right testicle is hanging litlle more forward that the left one. Also, when I exemined myself, I  have found out that vains on my right testicle are more noticable than the on the left one and when I am touching them I feel the discomfort. I do not feel pain, it is hard to describe discomfort that feels like it is comming from the right veins spreding the feeling up where the testicle has its "hiding" place. I usually feel it in the evening. Otherwise, no lumps, no sweling, everything seems to be normal. I have a history of kidney stones and few days ago I falt like I also have the discomfort on the verry bottom of my belly but that went away. I started yoga classes five weeks ago where we do a lot of streching, I also started running twice a week. It feels like mu musclesi in my legs are tired and I cen feel them from working out. What dom you think, is that normal or from yoga, excercise etc??????

Hi,
Thanks for writing in. Discomfort in testicles with visible veins and increase in discomfort after exercise could be due to varicocele. But varicocele manifests with discomfort, swelling and pain. I would suggest that you get a scrotal  ultrasound and visit a urologist for examination and further assistance on treatment.
Best.
