Sugars will promote yeast growth.  Probiotics like in yogurt will help control the yeasties.

You might want to try GSE - GRAPEFRUIT seed extract.  Drink a few drops in juice every day.  It works wonders as it is an antifungal.

Hmm, sounds tricky. If you wore a condom then you should have been ok. It could have split a little and you may not have realised or the yeast could have gotten on some other way.

Id still keep pestering the doctors until you can discover whats causing it and how to help treat it.

Good luck.

Yes been tested for Stds all clear. I doubt food is playing a major part in this. This started after I had sex with a prostitute I wore condom but she handed me a wet tissue to clean myself she started acting strange, I was a bit drunk I didn't understand what was going on.

Have you been tested for STD's? Its not what anyone wants to hear but its best to get checked out.

Also, i was told that diet can affect thrush, as it is a yeast overgrowth. Not sure if its the same with men as with women but see if you can relate what you eat to the discomfort of the infection, so you might eat something and afterwards it could make the pain worse etc.

Try yogurts, might not work but its worked a little for me.

Hope you get things sorted!
Best wishes.
