Urethra pain?

I have been having a pain underneath near the tip of my penis and can't figure out what is up. I do not have any discharge( one time a small ammount of discharge when havinng a bowel movement) , burning urination, or burning ejaculation. The feeling is almost like i feel pressure underneath. The feeling is consistant it doesn't get worse or go away. A STD test i took was neg for Gonereah and chalymidia. Any ideas? My doc has me on antibiotics for septra for 2 weeks. One week in and no change.

Hi,

Have you sought consult with a urologist? Was a complete physical examination done?
Do you experience pain during urination?
Any pain in ejaculation or during an erection?
Any change in urinary character such as bloody urine?

A complete physical evaluation may be able to rule out the cause of the pain. It may be due to an abrasion on the skin , an infection or secondary to previous trauma. Do you have any of these?

A visit to a dermatologist may be able to help identify any existing lesions that you may have otherwise missed.

I hope this helps.

I have not had any burning urination or ejaculation. I did not write that very clear in my original post. Also is there always moisture in the urethra like if you spread the hole in the tip of your penis should there be like sticky moisture or should it be dry? Again have had no discharge. Thanks,
