MEDICAL PROFESSIONAL
Hi,
This could possibly be an epidermoid cyst and not any cancer/tumor. I’ll suggest an examination by a urologist and an ultrasound of the scrotum for the confirmation of the diagnosis. The treatment is by surgical excision of the cyst. I sincerely hope that helps. Take care.
