What kind of my Symptom

I'm from Indonesia, i'm apologize if my english not too good.
about 1.5 months ago arrived at the tip of my urethra out of the clear liquid which has no smell and no pain when urinating and the complaints I also haven't any contact with anybody just masturbation body only and I have not been circumcised, I have opened the foreskin covering the head of the penis, after that three weeks later I went to the doctor and got the injection at left and right my butt, and input liquid drug into the urethra at the tip of the penis and given doxycycline antibiotics for 9 days (1 day 2 tablets)
after the drug has consumed for two weeks I did a check Lab and the results are:
1. Urine culture
- Counting Germs: 15 480 bacteria / mL
- Calculate the cultures: Staphylococcus Sp
2. Secretion cultures: Staphylococcus Sp

after that I went to the doctor again and the doctor give me Ciprofloxacin drugs as much as eight points and I also have to buy their own at the pharmacy as much as 20 points for a generic Cipro and total consumption is already at 20 points still exist remaining 12 items, and on monday This was on August 11 I have done checks and urinalysis results were:
Color: Yellow
Clarity: Clear
BJ: 1.010 L Reference Value: 1.015 to 1.025
pH: 5.0 Reference Values: 4.8 to 7.4
Protein: Negative
Glucose: Negative
Ketones: Negative
Bilirubin: Negative
Urobilinogen: Normal Reference Values: <1 mg / dl
Nitrite: Negative
Blood Blend: Negative
Leukocyte esterase: Negative
Sediment:
- Erythrocytes: 0-1 Reference Values: 0-1 / lp
- Leukocyte: 0-2 Reference Values: 1-4 / lp
- Epithelial: 0-1 Reference Values: 5-15
- Cylinder: Negative
- Crystal: Negative
- Other: Negative
before doing a check urine and secretions culture i feel often wanted to urinate and a bit sore on the tip of the penis, it's happen about a week before check in culture, after the symptom gone i've to take a check for urine and secretion culture, and after i consume ciprofloxacin for 10 tablet i gone to Lab for some urine check until now I 've spent 20 points ciprofloxacin but the desire to urinate and hold in the short term there is no more and no longer ache at the tip of my penis, but in the morning near tip of urethra looks like there is a small amount of clear fluid
what is my experienced and whether it was cured, or must check to make sure more than anything else
