Hello,
From the symptoms it can be due to hernia or urinary tract infection. If you are having a hernia, then having rough intercourse can cause worsening of symptoms but the possibility of UTI needs to be evaluated by means a complete urine examination and urine culture.

My sincere advice is to consult a urologist. I hope it helps. Take care and regards.

Could these symptoms be from having sex with a hernia?

Your typical STD won't give you symptoms that quickly.  Usually it takes a few days to sometimes weeks before symptoms show up. Even if you caught a UTI from her, I don't think it would give you symptoms that quickly.

Now, you could very well have caught something, so get yourself screened in a month, sooner if actual symptoms occur.
