If you were told that you had abacterial (no bacteria found) chronic prostatitis and have these symptoms it's possible that you have pelvic pain due to muscular dysfunction. I had all the same symptoms along with pain in sitting and urologists told me I must have chronic pros or pudendal nerve entrapment.

It turned out that I had trigger points (bound up and chronically contracted muscle filled with lactic acid) on internal pelvic muscles. I received horrifically unpleasant physical therapy for months where your muscles (muscles many aren't even aware of) are accessed anally or vaginally for woman and saw improvement and relief immediately and am now pain free. The problem is typically caused by either holding tension due to stress in pelvic muscles, as many do in their backs, or from trauma to the area such as pregnancy. The condition has been treated in woman by woman's health PTs for years and is finally being appreciated as a condition in men. So this is not a psydoscience quack  prognosis. There's a book called "headache in the pelvis" that talks all about this. That's a very weird title I know, but hey it's a bizare condition. Hope this helps.
