frequent urination with few urine

i started to notice that i need to pee frequently like every 15 to 30 minutes. and the urine is only few.

i believe it started when i did the strengthening exercise (push up, pelvic tilt and hip raises). i did this exercise because i want to strengthen my back, because i always curve my back like when i sit in a chair.

after this 3 days of exercise i experience this mild pain in my center back, lower back and pelvic.

before when i feel that i needed to pee, when i pee, the amount of urine is plenty. but now like every 15 to 30 minutes, i pee and the urine is few.

please help me doctor. i thank you in advance for your help.

MEDICAL PROFESSIONAL
Hi,

How are you?  Are there other symptoms present? Urinary frequency is one symptom associated with  urinary tract infection (UTI). Other symptoms include painful urination, urgency and sometimes back pain.  Diagnosis is usually made with a urinalysis. This condition is usually treated with antibiotics prescribed by your doctor.  Also, try not to push yourself too much during exercise. Do some stretching first to avoid too much pain after.

Take care and do keep us posted.
