hysterectomy

I had a salpingo oopherectomy on both sides, a hysterectomy as well as a appendectomy on February 5th 2013. I am 27 years old. Since the procedure was done I have had severe lower abdominal pain while urinating. I have been very sick. Does anyone have an idea of what this pain is from?

I already have reported this to the surgeron he stated that it was nothing from the procedure and he sent me to a GI doctor who advised me to also see a urologist. I did have an appointment with her and may have to have a bladder suspension test done. Have you had any of these issues or are you a physician?

The proper thing to do is call the surgeon and report this.  The surgeon should see you and check this out.  Infections and adhesions are two possible complications of surgery.
