is it possible to restore testicles back from an atrophy state?

im 26 year old gay man. recently i started working in construction. i work close to 15-18 hour days alot in very high stress environment. im also highly allergic to concrete dust and many other forms of dust. however i think the thing that really ruined me was that i started useing a party drug (crystal meth) whixh i had done on rare occasion but now at least 4-5 times a week to keep up with work.

all this combined with phisical exersize to loose weaight. i was 50kg over weight as well.

i recently copped a bout of pneumonia and after my testies are so small i could cry just looking at them. can this be fixed ?
