Go to an urgent care and have a urine culture done. As having a long history of (urinary tract infection) UTI's...it sure sounds like one to me!  To help with the pain, you can buy over the counter product called "Uricalm". May have other products avail too...it is a urinary analgesic...it will change the color of your urine to bright orange!  This will ONLY MASK the symptoms, so PLEASE get the proper antibiotics to clear the infection!

MEDICAL PROFESSIONAL
Hi,
How are you? Are there other symptoms present like discharge or change Urinary tract infection usually presents with urinary urgency, urinary frequency and dysuria or burning sensation while urinating. Diagnosis can be confirmed with urine tests and can be treated with antibiotics. Diagnosis of STD can be made if there is active sexual history or if STD tests are positive. Check with your doctor and discuss your urine test for proper evaluation. Take care and do keep us posted.
