ouch!

I'm female and have had burning and general discomfort during urination for around two and a half months. I thought I had a UTI or a yeast infection, both of which I get pretty frequently. My gp did a pelvic exam, tested for STDs, and did a urinalysis. All of this came back negative, but she gave me a course of antiobiotics (bactrim) and yeast medicine just in case. I hope someone can just answer this for me.  I have been having several symptoms and I am being treated by my gyn for problems related to cysts; however, I also have urinary urgency/frequency and then I noticed something strange. Whenever I have a drink (say, a glass of wine), immediately I get this horrible feeling in my vaginal area and sort of a burning urgency. Very hard to describe but I do get it anytime I drink something alcoholic. I wondered if anyone else has had this and what it could signify? I forgot to mention it to the doctor.

Thank you!

Yes, two urine cultures were done and showed nothing. I don't have lower back pain, nausea, or headaches, and I don't have frequency or urgency, so I don't think it's IC or anything like that.
