pain in penis during erection.

I feel pain in my penis during erections, I can feel a lymph in my penis in the middle part. I started observing this lymph 2 months back when i had stopped masturbating. Even my erections are not that hard as it use to be before. Masturbation can be a cause?
What can I do?

Hi
Thanks for writing to the forum!

This pain and feeling of lymph could be due to STD like Chlamydia or gonorrhea, syphilis, cancer of penis, or infection under the foreskin or balanitis. You should not ignore these symptoms. You may need an STD panel, urine examination etc to reach a diagnosis.
Please discuss this with your doctor (preferably urologist) and get yourself investigated accordingly. Do let me know if there is any thing else you want to know and please keep me posted. Take care!
