Hi man,
I have a very similar problem, now for 2 years. I am desperate since I can't find a solution to it and my sleeping issues are literally driving me crazy. I would like to know if you have found some sort of help or solution with this.
I recently made a post about my issues, I htink you can also relate to it. You can also see what I have tried and gone through. I hope you can give me some insights and so I to you.

Hi there,
Nocturnal tumescence/erections are normal and are not usually associated with pain. It can also occur during the REM (rapid eye movement) stage of sleep, average about 3-5 per night and last for up to 30 minutes. They are thought to be triggered by fantasy dreams, but during REM, most of the dream content remains amnestic to us. I suspect you are waking up for other reasons because nocturnal erections do not cause wakefulness or normally wake men from sleep or else the origin/cause of pain is due to a different pathology.
Treatment for excessive nocturnal erections would be difficult as oral medications would need to cause vasoconstriction. Such medications have the side effect of raising blood pressure and increasing alertness preventing sleep. You can try a long-acting Sudafed which may help and still not affect sleep too much.
Other than this, we also have penile injections of similar compounds. Since they don't get into the general circulation they shouldn't affect sleep very much.
Talk to your urologist about these and other options or get a second opinion if you think you need to.
If you have any further queries do get in touch with me.
Regards,
Dr Sylvester, MD
