semen changed after uti...?

Two months ago I was diagnosed with a urinary tract infection after going to the doctor for bladder pain when urinating.  I was prescribed macrobid which cleared up the symptoms within a week.  Since then I have been ejaculating less than half the amount I usually do, even if I abstain for 3 or 4 days.  Additionally, my semen appears to be a lot more clumpy.  It doesn't seem/feel like everything is *coming* out.  What could have caused this change?  What can I do to fix it?

Hi, It might be possible that you also have a mild case of epiditymitis or orchitis. (infection of the testicles). If your semen is clumpy and have a slightly red, brown color, it might be the result of the infection.
You want this checked out as repeated incedents can cause problems with fertility.

All the best
