stress incontinence
My 15yr old daughter has stress incontinence, she has had umpteen tests & tablets. It started when she 1st went to school but has got worse over the years, 2 years ago she took an overdose thankfully she told someone so was ok, we are still seeing the hospital doctor who is trying to find help from specialists but this is taking forever. (we did see a specialist who tried to help but in the end could do no more) I have asked if an exploratory op could be done to see if the muscles need tightened but they seem to think this would not help, i can see my daughter getting depressed as it has already had a big effect on her school work, she has to come home to change most days which makes her miss classes. It is such a horrible thing for her to cope with she cant enjoy going out with her friends as she knows that as soon as they start having fun laughing/mucking about she will have to come home to change.Can anyone help please?
Dont think she has been tested for this i certainly dont remember the name, what is it?
