white discharge
i am male 23 years of age.am virgin and never had any sexual relation.
i have constipation which is permanent,
when i push during bowel movement,or even if i dont push white cloudy discharge from penis is observed.
the amount of discharge was in drops but is now increasing now day by day.
is it testosterone?what is this discharge?

No ,i never had any UTI and have no problem with urination
but i am really very weak.my age is 23 and height is 5'7" but weight os only 48 KG
I look just a skelton and my freinds always make fun of me because i am like this.
also mouthstaches and beard has appeared sicne one last year.but i still look like a child even in this age.also my chest marks also remained in pain.i felt that they became harder than before and it feels as if there needles in them.also i had discharge of colourless fluid from my chest marks when i was 20 years of age.doc said to get LSH test.but i couldnot because the tests were very costly.this is no more a problem for me but my child look is still a problem.i have been kept witheld from very good jobs only for this reason that i look like a boy of 14 years.

This may be prostatic secretions. For an objective assessment,it is best to have this discharge examined and cultured to rule out any underlying infections.
Do you have any bouts of repeated urinary tract infections before?
Any problems with urination ? Any changes in urinary pattern lately?
This should not be a cause of worry .I understand this concerns you. A complete physical examination by your physician incuding a digital rectal examination to evaluate the prostate may be necessary. As with your constipation, a stool examination and diet modification may be needed. Permanent constipation is not normal.Stress,sedentary lifestyle , diet, and water intake may be factors that can affect bowel movement.
