I was gun ho over getting back into the routine! I counted my WW points all day yesterday drank water instead of cokes and then by the time I got home and got kids and myself feed I couldn't make myself exercise!
I did take the stairs yesterday though so that is a start right??

I LOVE the turbo jam!! It really is fun!! I love music and dancing!! Its not boring at all you really do have fun i actually wanted to do the cardio today but im so tired from yesterday i just cant gotta give my body the rest it needs!! the sculpting is really good too its 40 mins and you never let go of the weights so you really get a good workout with it too!
Well last week i barely budged the scales just a smidge but i did lose an inch off my waist!! So at least something is going! I'm hoping for more loss this week with my month visitor out of the way LOL!
How is Turbo Jam?? I have looked it up on the internet and I really want to try it. Keep me informed on how you do with it.
Yea I slacked for like 6 or more months and then decided it was time to get back on track. Why not do it when I am in charge of cooking and planning meals. I'm lucky though because my kids love vegetables and fruits so it isn't hard to eat healthy and still please them.

I'm bk also i slacked for a month and now i feel all yucky so i got me Turbo Jam and I even got to go to the Step Class my SIL is teaching yesterday!! It kicked my butt needless to say LOL!!
