Skipping meals is not good for you. You should get up earlier in order to make sure you get breakfast, which is the most important meal of the day.
Skipping meals allows you to get very hungry, which increases the chances that you will overeat when you do have a meal.
Being tired isn't normal, either; you should talk to your doctor about that. There are several things that cause tiredness and they can all be treated. You should get a blood test for vitamin B12, as well as iron panel to see if you have an anemia, and some simple thyroid tests, which are Free T3, Free T4 and TSH to check for underactive thyroid.
