No Breakfast and Dinner

Is lt possible to loss weight even if i didn't eat my breakfast and lunch coz i heard about increasing the eating desire or hungry desire to eat when skipping meals?, I wasn't able to eat my breakfast because I'm running out of time going to work and also, I have to time to eat my dinner because Im always tired.

I just read an article on my homepage about the merits of fasting, which is what skipping meals is.  I do better when I don't skip meals, but at the end of the day, calories in vs. calories out is the formula for weight loss.

Skipping meals is not good for you.  You should get up earlier in order to make sure you get breakfast, which is the most important meal of the day.

Skipping meals allows you to get very hungry, which increases the chances that you will overeat when you do have a meal.

Being tired isn't normal, either; you should talk to your doctor about that.  There are several things that cause tiredness and they can all be treated.  You should get a blood test for vitamin B12, as well as iron panel to see if you have an anemia, and some simple thyroid tests, which are Free T3, Free T4 and TSH to check for underactive thyroid.
