My Breakfast (@ 9:00 am) includes just Milk Tea+2-3 pieces of biscuits. We dont have a tradition of eating Breakfast as such in Nepal.
Unfortunately, I don't eat fruits. I know I should but.. :(
Lunch (@ 12:30 pm)- usually Vegetable fry-rice (In office).
I drink green tea in office- probably- 4-5 glasses.
Dinner (@ 7:00) - is regular Nepali style- white Rice, pulses and vegetable curry (Chicken/pork twice a week)
I do skipping for 15-20 minutes (around 1000+ loops), early morning... lets say 3-4 times a week.
Do you eat any protein, such as meat of any kind - beef, pork, chicken, fish? What about dairy or eggs? Rice is very starchy and contributes to weight gain, unless it's brown rice.
Do you eat breakfast? If so, what? What about fruit?
Do you exercise?
