Coffee is not the only source of caffeine in drinks; other foods can give you a caffeine load also -- a lot of sodas have it (like Coke and Mountain Dew) and iced tea. If you happened to have been out in the heat and drinking more of any of those than usual, it can give you sore breasts.
Could also be that you're bloated from salty food. Or, any chance you could be pregnant? I know you just had a period, but you can still bleed if you're pregnant.
