Help! I am 7 days late all pregnancy tests have been negative, most recent one this morning. I have sore breasts and cramps but no sign of my period starting!

Sore breasts and cramps are signs of a period coming. :>) Hang in there. Have you had unprotected sex? If your period is late, wait one week from the day you took your last test, if your period still has not appeared, take another test. But being late is common and for many reasons other than pregnancy. good luck
