help my sister. im so worried.

hi. i just want to ask something about my sister's problem. this month she told me that there is something comes out on her vagina (discharge) and its not good smell. she's starting to freak out when this matter is until now happenings to her. she told me that it's like a yellowish liquid and the smell is bad. what should i tell her? please help. im so worried to her. she's 25 years of age and scared/shy to see her ob-gynecologist. thank you!

She needs to go to the gynecologist.  There's an infection, and she needs to find out what sort so she can be treated before it causes some serious problems.

Any discharge that has color to it, i.e. yellow, green etc. and especially if it has a foul odor attached to it, indicates that there may be an infection of sorts going on.
