Breast tenderness

Hi I'm 35 and  have had 2 kids so I know that breast tenderness is a symptom of pregnancy. But, for the past week or so my whole breast (sides and nipple) have been very tender not only to touch but also just sitting or laying around there's a burning sensation mainly around the nipple... what could be causing this? I'm on day 17 of my cycle and according to this I could be starting to ovulate but I've never had a pain/burning sensation without pregnancy before... any ideas would be great!
