Right labia majora is super swollen and red but does not itch/hurt. What can it be?

As the title says, my right labia majora is red and swollen but it does not hurt/itch. I also have a white discharge that does not have any odor. What can this be and how to treat it? I've been told it could be an yeast infection, but the main symptom of that is itchiness, which I don't have. And it doesn't seem like an STD, since I'm a virgin.
I've been searching around the Internet for my symptoms and I haven't found what I have.

It could be a type of fungus. Have u used any different laundry detergent or could be the dye in your colored underwear. May have to olny wear 100% cotton and white. Are u old enough to make your own Ob appt I would go in just incase or have your mother schedule you one with pedeatrics. Good luck
