Got a vaginal take inside
How long till it heals. & Can I do anything to help it along. Besides No interiors.

Hm, thinking about what you mean here by a vaginal take. Do you mean tear? Is this inside or at the opening? It will usually heal on its own. If it is inside your vagina, do nothing. If it is at the opening, you can use Tucks wipes or witch hazel wipes and leave them in your underwear. Sounds weird but this is recommended to women who have just given birth and have tears from it. It soothes and heals. You can try a squirt bottle of room temperature or slightly warmed water and squirt it as you urinate to help with any stinging when going to the bathroom. Wipe front to back to make sure you keep all fecal matter away from it. It may itch as it heals but it should heal on its own. good luck
