Hard lump on labia majora

Im 15 years old and i have a hard lump on my labia majora. It wasnt there yesterday and i know it can't be an STD because ive never had sex or anything. Its hard and cant be seen from the surface but when i press its definitely there. It doesnt hurt. Could this be some kind of tumor or cancer? Im really scared.
