How was recovering from Fenton procedure?

Hi everyone! I recently had the Fenton procedure as well as a laposcopy the recovery from the laposcopy has gone fine but the Fenton surgery I had is still very painful it stings alot, I can't get comfy in bed,the pain meds they prescribed me have no effect. I went back to the hospital yesterday and they said it wasn't swollen and had no infection from what they can see but if feels like there is, or my stitches are too tight if that is possible?  I was just wondering if anyone has gone through this procedure and what there recovery was like?  When did your pain stop?  Things you did to reduce your discomfort anything will do I'm going out of my mind with sleepless nights with irritation and pain :(
