IVF after tubaligation

I had tubaligation done in 2003 for a medical reasons, ( I have lupus and I take warfrin because I had blood clot in the lungs wile I was pregnant  in 1998 ) now after nearly 6 years after tubaligation I am thinking of having a IVF is that possible or will it be too risky?
