If the pain comes back, uristat (over the counter) will take care of it.

Thanks for the replies i really apreciate it.  Heres the update, I dont think the infection was at its full course. As soon as i started drinking the cranberry juice the pain subsided, Also i got some cranberry pills and those also seem to work.  It has been 4 days now since I have felt the burning sensation and the constant need to pee.  I have looked up some of the s/sx of UTI and if the burning sensation returns, if start having any lower back pains I will definately go to the doctor!  Thanks again for your replies I really really appreciated them and took your advices.

go to your local drug store and buy the AZO cranberry tablets for bladder infections ASAP. They are made specifically for bladder infections. It is all natural (safe to use) and it works. I am prone to bladder and yeast infections and I swear by AZO. Keep drinking the cranberry juice and plenty of water. But the AZO pills will take care of the problem, and about 20 minutes after the first dose the constant "need" to go and uncomfortablness accompanied with urination will cease. IT DOES discolor your urine, so do not be alarmed when you go to use the restroom and your urine is orange or red, its just the tablets doing their job.

You need to go to the doc. If you have a kidney infection it can get really serious. Also you might have a bladder infection, which needs antibiotics to help treat it. I am a self pay patient and am usually able to work a payment plan out with our docs. good luck!
