Painless White spots on lips and gum.

Hello, for more than a month i have observed that tiny white spots, 1 mm across, have appeared on the inside of my lips. There are around 12 spots in a cluster in line. They don't hurt.
A bigger white spot appeared on my gum, near one tooth, and is around 4mm across. It does't hurt either.
Anyone have and idea what could it be?

I think you should see a doctor/denist i had those and now i have a  very painful tooth abscess, i waited to long to go get them looked at. trust me you don't want to let it get to this point if that is what is going on! Also do they bleed or have any puss when you brush you're teeth?
