Did I damage my clit or is it temporary.

Hi I am an 19 year old  , lately I have been have a very high sex drive (virgin) and have been using the water method to get off , yesterday while doing it I seemed to have no problem until afterwards . For example it still looks the same but " it seems to be more inside"  I really don't feel any pain (if so it's slight).I tried it again today it was ok , but didn't feel the same , could I have broken it or damaged a nerve? Will this problem go away I feel very stupid for doing this , is it normal to have a drive like this at such a young age?

*Update I posted it on another community on here , but I'm scared and really need help. I touched it last night and felt nothing but today I some sensation but not the same,

I don't think you've permanently damaged it, but it might be a good idea to make an appointment with your doctor if the issue continues. As far as sex drive, I would say it's completely normal!
