If it is mild, drink a lot of things that are slightly acidic. (In the U.S., the home treatment of choice is to drink a lot of cranberry juice.) You can't see a doctor? If an infection gets bad enough, home remedies won't do much and you need antibiotics.
pure cranberry juice with low grams of sugar...blueberry juice as well it does the same thing and taste better. Also drink a lot of water, urinate often, and reduce your sugar intake. I have also heard that you can add a teaspoon of baking soda to water and drink it, but I have never tried this myself..you may want to do more research on that one before you try it to make sure its what you want to do.
