Chaya726 please dont worry about seeing your doctor.  Organise an appointment so you can see your doctor as soon as your period is over.  It would be very difficult to tell what it is without clinical assessment and possibly a test.  Try not to panic and know that you will be able to solve your problem with the help of your doctor.  You can go to a special clinic if you wish, and yes they do deal with non sexually active men and women as well.  I do feel that you lump can be sorted with the right advise/treatment.  As a woman of over 50 years old I have had lumps, soreness, infections and pelvic floor problems etc etc, so I understand you will be worried.

Let us know how you get on.
