discharge
I have this nasty discharge it has this slippery type feel to it. I've had it for as long as i can remember and my doctors just couldn't seem to get rid of it. Its driving me crazy. I don't really like to bring it up to anyone because its kind of embarrassing. It does have somewhat of an odor.
Do you think it is something ill have to live with the rest of my life or will it lighten up a little? I just want it to go away.
If there is no infection then it may be normal for you. This is where panty liners may be a good idea and changed often. The smell is probably oxidation from being exposed to air.
Also there may be medications that dry up your secretions ie an antihistamine or maybe something like the contraceptive pill as this changes your oestrogen levels (which has a bearing on discharge).
