I am wondering if I have a UTI or if I have something else.

Hi, I am 18 and me and my boyfriend started having sex around february. That was my first time, and we switch between protected and unprotected. A couple of weeks ago I realized I had pain when I peed and it was a bladder infection because I remembered I did not always pee after unprotected sex. That was my mistake and I knew that unprotected sex is stupid since I was not on birth control. Well a week after he went to the doctors to get tested for the UTI and got prescribed azithromicin. But he also got me 2 500 mg because my parents are unaware I'm sexually active and I'm scared to go to the doctors. We took those but stupidly, I know, had sex the 6th day and I realized I was getting the symptoms again. He went again and we got more 2 dosages each. It has been a week to this day and I have had no problems until a couple hours ago. I get this burning/ stinging feeling in my vagina but not as I am peeing more like a few seconds after I am done. Do you guys know what that could be? And don't worry never again will we have unprotected sex.
