It is not physically impossible. I am having the same problem right now, I just realized what was happening yesterday and couldn't believe my eyes to see that I wasn't peeing from my urethra but from my vagina. I am going to call my gyne for advice on what to do next and I recommend you do the same. It could be an infection that that needs to be treated right away. whatever it is, it's not normal and needs to get checked out by a doctor asap!

if this is something that is happening during sex i wouldn't worry some women have a clear fluid spill out (or squirt as its better known) while they orgasm

You don't pee out of your vagina. Women have 3 holes(anus, vagina, and urethra), and the urethra is right next to the vagina, so it can appear that urine is coming from there, but really it's not. If you feel like it really is coming out of your vagina, put a tampon in and find out. If the tampon is dry, then you're peeing from the normal hole.
