y don't you try a cream for thrush you can buy it in any chemist. is especially 4 fungal infections. also keep underwear off when at home and wear someting like a night shirt to allow the air at the area. a great remedy is plain natural yogurt. apply to the affected area 4 a few hours and just wash away with plain warm water. hope you get better soon. try these tips and keep me posted. also avoid any soaps down there

Thanks for the commits !!! I ended up back in the ER  (3rd time now) and they have not a clue but good news is they said it ruled out any STD's . Still in so much pain they gave me stuff to numb the area but it kills to put it on and they talked about vaseline and that has not worked either. Everyone is saying im allergic to something but just ant kind out what and why it would effect me like this ... I dont wish this on anyone !!! My hope is I can see my regular doctor who is a GYN on monday and maybe she can save me ... Doctors wow I have seen so many lately and wow some really are just not nice ... last thing you need when your sick

Put a barrier on it, Like vaseline just dont put it inside you! It might make it feel better for awhile, just a little bit. You might be allergic to what they gave you. goodluck!
