MEDICAL PROFESSIONAL
Hello,
Small bumps on nipples may be due to Montgomery’s glands which are normally found. These can also be due to blocked oil glands or sebaceous glands or ducts.

Apply some warm compresses on these lumps and leave them as such. If they get hot, hard, swollen, painful, or if they get considerably larger in size, then consult a doctor. Otherwise they should be left as such.

It is very difficult to precisely confirm a diagnosis without examination and investigations and the answer is based on the medical information provided. For exact diagnosis, you are requested to consult your doctor. I sincerely hope that helps. Take care.

They could just be pimples or you could have some sort of infection.  I would go see your gynicologist just to get checked out.
