what to do..

my partner has a smelly penis before sex and i really do not know how to bring myself to let him know that every time we are fooling around that i gag/dry heave. we always used condoms, he told me he has only been with 2 others but found out just the other day it was 3... i do not know what to think or do about this situation. makes me wonder if it has to do with his work, how many he has been with, could he have a std/sti, he also has 2 hard bumps near the head of his penis that i noticed a couple days ago. we been together for over a month now and have not noticed this before, he says they have always been there but i know i would have noticed them before this... what should i do or say to him? i have not had any issues like this before so kinda clueless. as i said before we always use condoms and the last few days i have  been getting the same smell as him and pain, i have no idea what to do. i am scared and want to end the relationship because of it. he is a great man to be with and do not want to end it because of this but.... what if...

yeah i know... i have not ever in my life had to deal with a man with a smelly penis and for this being the first i am disgusted in myself. Thank you thou.. nope we have not had sex for just over a week now and do not plan to until all this is dealt with. i found out today that he has been with a total of 5 chicks only 2 he considered relationship worthy but has sex without condoms with all of them at least once. i am thankful for using condoms each and every time but as we all know it does not stop all std`s/sti`s...

he works at night clubs (nothing illegal) we had a shower together and showed him how many times i wash my area per shower and showed him how he should be washing himself so i hope that gets rid of the smell as for the bumps he says he just noticed them today, i told him about them the last time we were about to have sex.. did not have sex because of it and told him to go look at them in the bathroom right away.. he did not.. as for his hygiene idk how he washed down there before so i can not say for sure but i hope he takes what i showed him and uses it at least 2X a day.. we have not had sex for some time now and doubt we will until i know and see what is on his penis. i going to make the appointments for the both of us on Tuesday considering Monday is a holiday.. i have noticed today some pain down there and very concerned for my own well being. i might just go to the hospital tomorrow instead of waiting that long to see whats going on and take him with me to get checked at the same time

Ick, honey.  I'm so sorry you had to deal with dry heaving at the smell of a penis.  No more fun  with you for that guy until he sees a doctor, if I were you.

y would it have to do with his work? whats his job? the smell could be an infection and well erm the lumps cud be an std. does he wash regular is the smell just poor hygine? you have to sit him down and tell him your concerns and insist he gets checked out for the sake of your relationship. if hes nothing to hide he wont mind if he won't go alarm bells wud ring for me and you need to think if you can carry on seeing him. always put your sexual health 1st
