why does my vagina constantly smell wierd

well im young n thought i had a good 50 years before my vagina would start smelling funny. it doesnt smell fishy but occasionally. but my biggest problem and concern is the onion smell i get very frequently. no matter how much i wash n try to stay dry it always happens even when i get sexually aroused the smell comes. what can i do to make it just smell normal and not like a cheese steak sub?

if you are really worried or if the smell gets worse see a doc and make sure its not an infection of some type. As the previous person said soaps can be the problem, and never douch because it puts you at higher risk of yeast infections...no perfumes either

My gwn told me years ago that chemicals in soap can react to your vaginal smell. For me lever 2000 and Irish spring were my culprits. Try changing your soap. Cut to the chase and try a  natural one and see if that makes a difference.
