hydrocodone/apap

I have a concern about the drug Hydrocodone/ Apap. I had a head injury in Feb. which has left me with severe headaches and was first put on Endocet 5/325. The dosage was one tablet every 4 hours as needed. My precription was changed to Hydrocodone/Apap 10/650, 2 tablets every 6-8 hours as needed. Since starting the hydrocodone I have severe nausea and vomiting and never experienced this with the Endocet. The Endocet was scored and I only had to take 1/2 a pill when I needed one. I am wondering if this medicine is too strong and is it safer than leaving me on the Endocet?
Thank-you,
Beverly

Dear Bev,
Physicians shouldn't diagnose or treat over the WWW - and you need a diagnosis and treatment before anything else.  Severe nausea and vomiting can be quite serious, and you should be evaluated by a doctor right away.  If the doctor who prescribed the medication is unavailable or unhelpful, try your personal physician, or a walk-in clinic or emergency room.
Good luck!
