CEF vs. AC taxol

I'm a 53 years old woman wth diagnosis of 1.5-2 cm invasive ductal carcinoma in upper outer quadrant of breast.no papable lymph nodes.pathology report: histologic grade III, no angiolymphatic or perineural invasion. I underwent modified radical mastectomy. on postop pathology report, of 7 axillary lymph nodes, 3 was positive. the tumor margins were negative.   ER:positive PR:positive HER2:negative
lab data(alk.ph,...):normal bone scan: normal
i'm in perimenopausal state: my periods interval became long and my doctor says i'm passing to menopause state.
i have no family history of cancer.
my oncologist recommended the CEF regimen as adjuvant chemotherapy folloed by radiotherapy. i wanted to know if the AC Taxol regimen gives better results for me compared to the CEF regimen?
thank you.

Dear mahshi,  There are several different chemotherapy regimens that could be used for adjuvant treatment of breast cancer. Decisions regarding use of a specific regimen in an individual situation would need to take into account all of the details of the situation.  We cannot over the internet advise specifically.  You may want to consider a second opinion, from a medical oncologist who can review/evaluate the details of your situation and make recommendations.
