Leaking Breasts

My question isn't exactly about breast cancer, but I thought this may be a good place to get help.  Over the past couple of days, I have noticed a clear/milky white substance leaking from my nipples.  I am only 23 years old and I have never been pregnant.  I am on medications such as effexor, wellbutrin, and the pill, and I don't know if maybe these meds are messing with my hormones.  Could this be something very serious? Thanks for your help.

Dear Beth816, Many women have some type of nipple discharge or fluid when their breasts are squeezed, and its normal. Squeezing the nipple sends message to the brain and the pituitary gland responds by increasing prolactin levels, which in turn produces discharge from the nipple.
