Dear prayingtogetbetter:  There is currently no evidence to support that elevated folic acid levels are indicative of breast cancer (or any other cancer).  The only documented potential risk of elevated folic acid levels is that it could mask the symptoms of vitamin B-12 deficiency.  In fact, there has been suggestion that folic acid may reduce the risk of some cancers.
