swollen armpit lymphnode and arm pain

For the last few weeks, my right armpit node has been swollen and I have been feeling a dull, low-grade ache in that area and down my right arm and shoulder.  I don't feel any lumps in my breasts or in my armpit, just this ache and a feeling of thickness.  could this be symptoms of breast cancer or lymphoma?

Dear Monique70, Lymph nodes can swell for a number of reasons.  However over the internet without ability to evaluate it is impossible to say what this is.  As it is causing you concern and discomfort it is best to have it checked by your doctor who can assess.
