Chemo required or not

my mother aged 57 diagnosed with invasive ductal carcinoma breast cancer in right breast. Grade III. tumor size is - 1.6 cm. no lymnh nodes involved. Er- 15-20% postive, pr- negative

she has undergone 'Modified radical mastectomy'

want to know what further treatment she require. does chemo needed or hormone therapy will do

Hi,
For a high grade tumor of size 1.6 cm, both European and American standard guidelines recommend chemotherapy.
Since she has ER positivity (although weak), she is likely to gain from hormonal therapy also.
