Chiari and Alternative Medicine

Hey guys, just wondering if any of you have ever tried any alternative methods to help alleviate your symptoms and what worked for you? I'm interested in cranialsacral therapy and accupuncture, after I talk to my doc of course.

  Hi...we do have some older threads on both of these topics....I have not tried either, but a friend has tried the acupuncture and said that if u use the traditional Chinese acupuncturist u will have better results.

  The crainialsacral therapy has mixed reviews....no takers it my memory serves me.....
