What do i have?

I have been experiencing cold like symptoms for the past few months going into a year now and there is a mucus build up in my chest, my heart feels like the arteries are clogged sometimes when i drink milk or any dairy product also when I'm not drinking milk or eating dairy products. When i try to bring up the mucus from my chest and heart area sometimes i bring up a little bit other times i am lucky to bring up a junk and most times nothing comes up. At times my heart area feels inflamed and my kidney hurts me also feels inflamed. When the heart ache is severe the vain in my hand sometimes hurt and i feel a slight shock to my heart. I am known to always have the cold in the night time and it subsides during the day however the mucus on my chest and the feeling like my heart is clogged with mucus does not go away and sometimes my heart beat would speed up for a short period of time then it would go back normal.

With this information stated above, can anyone diagnose what i have?
