Only your doctor can really explain these numbers to you.

You don't have to have smoked to have thes kinds of numbers on pulmonary function tests.  The pulmonary function test measures how much and how quickly air is moved out of your lungs.

The FVC is the total air you moved out of your lungs during the test compared to other people of your age and gender.

The second number measures the air forced out of the lungs in the first second - how fast can you blow the air out of your lungs.

I am not familiar with the other numbers you give.  All the results and explanations I have seen use F as the first letter in all the labels.

I hope that helps some.  Try googling or binging PFT testing results.
